  Managed a team responsible for the delivery of multi-faceted, demanding and varied engineering training course. Consisting of summative and formative assessments alongside complex Engineering exercises. Delivered to management level staff and responsible for coaching and mentoring of trainees in order to optimise impact and training value. Project management, planning and execution of complex exercises for 30+ personnel, managing a safe system of work to ensure all training objectives and assessment criteria were met in a challenging and safe setting. Responsible for international military cooperation in the development of Engineering policy and practices, representing the UK and NATO level meetings. Also responsible for the updating of Engineering policy for the organisation.
