  Act as an intermediary for all parties (Borrower, loan underwriting, loan processing, and compliance) involved in the mortgage loan transaction. Ensure closing details comply with federal and state regulations and our banking policies. Communicate with applicants and internal departments to answer questions and resolve outstanding issues. Coordinate loan closing documents and ensure they are accurate to have a fully compliant mortgage loan. Meticulously review loan documents for errors and confirm that pricing and program are correct to ensure the loan will be funded. Coordinate the smooth running of the loan closing proceedings and ensure all loans are closed in a timely manner. Conduct quality control of all required closing documents listed on the closing checklist, reviewing for completion and accuracy. Ensure all legal conditions are met related to title, and solve issues that may arise prior, during, or after closings. Show less
