Besides those main tasks, the working area also covers International Standards, Ag Industry Working Groups, Networking, Patent portfolio, Research topics and Subsidy projects (both national and EU funding). Managing and growing the R&D department from 6 engineers to around 30 engineers, project managers and additional staff. Managing a complex project portfolio of 100+ projects every year, with customer companies from within the own Kverneland Group and Kubota organization as well as demanding external OEM customers. Managing complex technical R&D projects for different Business Areas. Full responsibility for project budget, progress and milestones. Responsible for software and hardware development in the R&D team. Developing electronics formainly agricultural implements such as spreaders, sprayers, balers. Actively participating inInternational Standards development (ISO) for ISO-11783 (ISOBUS).

  Full end responsibility for the Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation (AEF) including decision and signing power. In charge of leading the Chair Group and Steering Committee, delegating tasks and assignments into the international organization for meeting the organization's targets and goals. Managed to grow the organization from less than 100 member companies to 230+ members by today with a solid financial basis. Acting Vice-Chairman in the Chair Group of the Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation (AEF). Actively involved in the foundation process of the organization in October 2008 representing the Kverneland Group.

  FIspace (http://www.fispace.eu/) was developed as a business-to-business (B2B) collaboration platform for AgriFood under the H2020 EU funding program. After the program ended, the EU required a sustainable follow-up. The commercial exploitation of the result will further be migrated into the FIspace Foundation. As Member of the Board, I am acting in an advisory role.
