  12-month fixed term contract within the Quality and Risk team during an ACHS Organisational Wide Survey year. Responsibilities included undertaking reviews of clinical indicators and mortalities, overseeing various data entry programs, completing hospital wide audits, educating Managers and Clinical Nurses,and implementing new processes and policy changes to maintain a high standard of care. During this period, I was a key member of a project team overseeing the implementation of a new auditing program (MARS - opus5k). This encompassed the development of audits that align to the National Standards, education of staff in the auditing process, and ongoing management of the auditing system throughout the organisation.
