      As an E-commerce Coordinator I’ve been creating, designing, building, analyzing and optimizing content at an international retail website and in e-mail communication. I’ve created newsletters to 1.3 million members, e-mail automations, look books, landing pages, campaigns, updated product information, SEO texts and actively boosted sales by leading online improvement projects. I’ve founded and been responsible for an international Customer Service department providing service to 29 countries through various channels. In the role, I’ve supervised the daily operations, established service goals and assisted the team in reaching those goals.
