  I served as a police officer and as a detective for the Town of Colma. I managed the department’s K-9 division working with minimal or no supervision. As a detective I investigated complex crimes to develop suspect information. Crimes that were investigated included fraud, burglaries, robberies, thefts, sexual assaults, violent crimes and property crimes. Spent countless hours providing courtroom testimony. I am skilled in conducting interviews with suspects and witnesses and preparing articulate reports for prosecution. The highlights of my career were:-Being selected by superiors to start and manage the department’s K-9 division. -Serving as the President and Vice President of the Police Officer Association. -Teamed with federal and county law enforcement officials in narcotic cases. -Received five letter of commendation that were connected to high profile cases. -Received specialized training in conducting background and internal investigations. -Worked as a detective to do follow up on high profiles cases.   I was in charge of implementing and enforcing security and safety protocols for corporate aviation arriving and departing the Oakland Airport. I supervised 20 employees during a normal shift. I investigated safety violations, aircraft damage, perimeter security and security breaches. Implemented and reviewed safety and security plans from other Landmark locations and recommend revisions as needed. I acted as liaison for federal and local law enforcement and airfield emergency personnel. I proudly led Landmark Aviation through a year without any employee injuries as a result of structured training. Other highlights while at Landmark were:-Landmark Aviation had no incidents of theft, embezzlements or misuse of company property. -Accidents, property damage and critical incident were virtually non-existent. -Attended quarterly meetings with airport executives and emergency representatives and gave recommendations on how to improve overall airport safety. -Trained new hires on how to properly and safely complete their jobs and maintained detailed records of their training.
