Led product improvement & cost reduction projects on Kool-Aid, Log Cabin Syrup, Open Pit BBQ, and Jell-O brand products.

  Managed various capital projects including a $195 million Pringles expansion. At it's peak over 150 engineers and 1100 craft workers were actively working on site. The project achieved over 2 million hours without a lost time accident. This project also developed the new "global standard" for future Pringles high speed manufacturing lines. Process/Project engineer responsible for design and installation of Juice/ 3A Dairy Systems for the Sunny Delight and Hawaiian Punch brands. Led the design and installation of various projects including the consolidation of 14 internal and contract manufacturing sites into 4 modern internal facilities.

Represented the P&G Technical Community (operations, technical services, and quality) on the cross-functional Snacks North America business leadership team. The team managed the initiative calendar, coached project teams, approved/defunded projects at the various stage gates, and monitored projects post launch and determined corrective actions as required.
