Tasked with duties as the Recruiting Operations Officer (ROO) as well as Primary Instructor for Military Science IV Instructor. As the ROO, marketed, reviewed, and selected Army ROTC Scholarship candidates from hundreds of applicants. Designed websites and informational material to encourage applications, met with High School administrators to increase visibility and grow the program from 27 four year scholarships to 65 in two years. Designed and taught Military Science IV curriculum to more than 100 senior cadets.
