      Work done as Supervisor:Supervise Full WT Package jobs (Separator, DAQS, Sand Filter, Manifolds, Transfer pumps, Surge tank, Texteam pump, Ranarex, …) andoperations as Standard Well Metering, Surface Drill Stem tests operation, Well Clean-up and EPFs.Worked on HP-HT Oil Wells (up to 5,000 psi and 12,000 bbl/d) and Gas Wells (up to 8,000 psi and 60 MMscf/d)Clients: Sonatrach, Anadarko, BP, TOTAL and REPSOL.Tasks• Received the notifications or jobs program from manager or coordinator to perform well testing jobs.• Hold a meeting at the base yard with crew and discuss the planning, make check list for equipment, PPE, communication, workarea, the recommendations of the HSE for the lifting jobs …..• Checking the roads to the wells site before mobilization of equipment (Safest road must be selected)• Before any start of work must ensure that: Operators have minimum EPP (Hard hate, safety glasses, steel toe boots, gloves...). Required Equipment must be certificated by checking the bands and have a copy of certification. In the case of use of mechanical lifting (crane, forklift..) must be sure that it’s certificated and the operator must betrained and certificated for doing the job.• Inspecting After loading the equipment on the trailer and the Strapping chains• • Signing in with PIC (Person in Charge) at well or manifold location.• Assessing the area.• Hold a safety meeting with the crew to make reminder for HSE instructions and Filling out the JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and distribute the tasks before the start of unloading and spotting the equipment and the rigging-up of the Equipment.•During the test, I ensure that all sampling (oil and Gas) are done and all data (Manuel or by SDS) are gathered to make well testing reports a, I ensure that the reports and data logs of tests are sent to the managers and clients.• Rigging-down well operations of well test equipment are performed same way as rig –up operations. Show less Work done as SDS (Surface Data System) specialist: Familiar with many brands of Data Acquisition Systems (Opto22, Zlsolution, Fardux…) or systems that use PLC’s. Knowledge of formulas of Gas and liquids calculations. Carry out Well testing reports with plots and all calculation and data needed (Flow rates, Plots, GOR, WOR…..) using computer andsoftware. Install, calibrate and fix transmitters issues (Pressures transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Turbine transmitters….).       Coordination between the ENSP Company and our Client Anadarko at Hassi Berkine field to make sure that all needed resources(human and material) are available for smooth operations on site by: Preparing work permits with client for well testing and slick-line operations, the work permit include the Risk assessments, HAZOP and the program of job that will be done at the location (Designed well or manifold in the field).Well testing Operations: Infield Well testing, Clean-up, Flow Back, Combined well testing with slick line(gauges), Multi-rates infield well testin.., Slick-line Operations: Drift, Fishing operation, Run gauges in the hole, Install or change gas lift valves and takeoff the dummy valve, install plugs our take them off in the wells completion, run spent gun before tubing perforations…, Ensure all logistics needed ( Cranes, Forklifts, trucks, Diesel fuel…..) for the WT and WL crews from the start of operations to the end (Mobilization, rig-up, start of the operation, rig down, demobilization) • The well testing or slick-line crew will start the mobilization of equipment to the site after receiving the work permit signed by the coordinator and the client’s managers. Monitor the operations on sites or in the office by communication with the crews (phone, radio or mails) and be sure that the operations will be done in safe conditions and fit with the requirement of HSE.Communicate all information and datas to the client managers during the operations of well testing (well or manifold).• Communicate all information and datas to the client managers during the operations of Slick-line (depth measuring,Weight….). Communicate sheets of Reports and Job-logs of WT and SL operations to the client managers at the end of operations.Fill the data and reports of operations performed on the wells in the OpenWells software..
