      I have obtained a very wonderful experience as a research trainee in the Division of Molecular Pathophysiology, ICMR-NICED under the supervision of Dr. Amit Pal, Scientist G for a period of one month in March, 2023.I learnt many techniques here such as protein purification using Affinity Chromatography, ELISA, MTT Assay, Cell counting by Haemocytometer along with Tissue culture and animal experiments such as subcutaneous immunization, splenocyte isolation, blood & sera collection from mice.I am extremely grateful to PDF Dr. Rima Tapadar Ghosh & SRF Nanda Singh for guiding me.
