  • Monitor and support alerts and tickets through ticketing tools.• Monitor and troubleshoot for Windows and Unix servers.• Provide level 1 technical support for issue may arise to generate the alerts or tickets.• Perform Level 1 or 2 troubleshooting according to the standard operating procedure and escalate to the tooling team.• Implement and support system/ database/ network monitoring infrastructure of production and pre-production servers.• Configure alerts for server in monitoring tool and ticketing server.• Monitor the server by using tools CA NSM, Nagios XI, Netgain Manager, SCOM, Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) Patrol.• Perform agent installation and agent monitoring rules configuration for server.• Set downtime and uptime for servers according to change window time.• Manage and support the upgrade on new system, deployment and maintain smooth system operations.• Handling escalations and provide immediate solutions.• Prepare reports requested by support teams or customer.• Handling, review, raise and resolving incident tickets in the Remedy 8.1.• Provide approval for change request through Remedy 8.1.• Others tools that are familiar are TPAM/ PIM, REMEDY 8.1, Powershell, Livedashboard,Oracle, DBA monitoring and BMC Truesight and Patrol.
