As part of the Economic Mobility team, I've supported CPI's collaborative research project to uncover the most pressing challenges facing America's future workforce, specializing in workforce development, economic development, and the need to adapt the way we teach workplace skills to reflect a rapidly changing economy. With the Drexel Nowak Metro Finance Lab, I published a case study examining what makes the West Philadelphia Skills Initiative so successful and how the model could be replicated in cities across the US. Alongside our philanthropy partners, we aim to surface the most innovative public, social, and private sector solutions to prepare American workers for the economy of tomorrow. Show less
