  Ensures smooth IT operations of the school. Recommends and implements technological enhancements.- Provides recommendations to enhance the IT services of the school.- Prepares Website Access Reports and submits it to the President as needed.- Initiates the procurement process of critical IT assets (e.g. Servers, Software Licenses, Services) and oversees the performance of system vendors/partners.- Manages the day-to-day IT operations of the school.- Monitors the IT assets and expenses of the institution.- Provides assistance to the Computer Academic Coordinators and Principals for the following technology educational concerns as needed.- Updates stakeholders of LSGH on new technological developments and applications in IT using various communication media and training.- Participates in various IT seminars, workshops, and conferences local and international, where the institution can benefit from knowledge gained. Ensures that knowledge is passed down to subordinates.- Responsible for the training required by subordinates to enhance their professional growth.- Assigns, supervises, coordinates the work and evaluates the performance of subordinates.- Coordinates or manages the expectation of internal clients with respect to IT services.- Coordinates with PEARL Head for any technological assistance needed for the program.- Attends Operations Council meeting to discuss school’s operational concerns as needed.
