Redesigned the ConnectOD application to boost engagement and streamlined the ordering process for doctors to further smoothen the conversion funnel.. Introduced a seamless KYC verification process for the users in the health-tech supply chain and ensured the strengthening of security in the services provided.. Bringing useful information in delightful formats by designing functionally aesthetic dashboards for use by users of all levels of knowledge.. (Ongoing) Giving users a fresh experience with a new home screen for the core application service. Boosting content priority, user-content matching and effective use of product placements to enhance conversion rates..
