  Manage the Sales and Operation Planning for IBM Hardware products, Mainframe & Power Servers, Storage Systems and Software Appliances. Lead a global team and is responsible for the transformation to digital and intelligent workflows. As the Executive Director, I lead Quote-to-Cash Operations for IBM’s largest global market (10%) and US Banking and Insurance market comprised of 300+ employees in the Brazil, Philippines & U.S. incorporating agile operational principles. As the Executive Director, I led Sales Transaction Support (STS) operations comprised of 800+ global employees. I oversaw $21B in Software Sales transactions and aligned GEO operations to strategic global Cloud, Cognitive, and Software businesses to drive revenue growth. As the Director of Sales Transaction Support, I managed 2,400+ global employees and Center Execution Leaders in South America, East Asia, and Europe. Led $80M global organization in pre-sales bid management, pricing and proposal support to IBM sellers across all business units. Directed operations, including audit readiness, expense budget and staffing strategy to maximize IBM sales team and partner support. As the BPSO Director, I managed BPSO operations including financial objectives, and cross-functional collaboration. Served as Client-Facing Senior Manager overseeing partner/global customer relationships and e2e supply chain support for Power, x86 and Storage brands. As a Senior Manager, I developed and executed a new global planning organization for x86 and RSS products. I interfaced with Geo Sales teams to develop demand forecasting and supply communications through tactical and strategic planning. As a Manager of x86 Fulfillment and Operations, I managed a team of Fulfillment Managers and Process Engineers in supply communication and backlog execution of small and medium business direct orders via telesales & teleweb. I enhanced processes to support IBM.com sales channel strategic growth. As a Executive Technical Assistant, I managed a major resource action across development, marketing, service support and business operations. As a member of the management team, I managed a team of Manufacturing Quality Engineers with the primary mission of introducing new System X products into the worldwide manufacturing sites on-time and at the planned quality levels. I provided quality direction worldwide for new product qualifications, process certifications and stop build/stop ships for existing products.
