  I manage a portfolio that consists of mostly single family homes and smaller apartment buildings; the largest building I manage has 27 units. The properties are located anywhere from Edmonds to South Seattle and everywhere in-between. I oversee maintenance, lease the properties with quality tenants and enforce the lease on behalf of the landlord.
