      Current support of the Clinical Immunology department at Novavax includes serological assays for COVID-19 vaccine, seasonal influenza vaccine, and a combination vaccine for COVID-19 and seasonal influenza. Through this eight week internship, I entered, analyzed, and verified pipette accuracy and precision derived from single channel and multiple channel calibration certificates in order to prevent volume inconsistency in R&D, CI testing, and lab experiments. I also individually presented my research entitled “Verifying Pipette Accuracy and Precision Through Analysis of Single Channel Calibration Certificates” to the Clinical Immunology Department as a culmination. Coli, and cell viability.- Shadowed processes such as monoclonal antibody purification and cell culture.- Produced and extracted recombinant DNA from E.
