  CMT Dept. PM, designated as the National Client Group PM for the New Orleans area.; whereas, I handled new construction for McDonald's, YUM! Brands, Walgreens, Dollar General; I won the companies first Wal-Mart project in many years. Extensive experience on USACE and FEMA projects post-katrina, as well as working with Federal, State and local municipalities. My job responsibilities included dispatching over 30 field engineering techs and ensuring they received the proper training to complete their field work safely in the most efficient means possible for the company and considering the budget on projects that I managed. I performed lots of business development duties, including SOQ submittals, project take offs, estimating, attending pre-bid meetings and searching for leads while keeping our existing clients happy; I've handled the presentations to keep the Superdome/ Smoothie King Center work that PSI handled since the Dome was originally built. I handled multi million dollar projects including large flood projects like IHNC, GIWW and many levees and canals. I've worked very closely with City of New Orleans, SWBNO, St. Bernard Parish, Jefferson, City of Kenner, Plaquemines, St. Tammany, St. Charles and St. John, including DPW depts and school boards. I worked on Orleans & Plaquemines new prisons; I worked on schools in most all parishes, including Archdiocese and Recovery school district projects and performing work for Louisiana Facility Planning & Control on large universities. I staffed lab & field technicians, including performing interviews and bird dogging for new techs with specific certs for certain projects. I performed such a good job in collections that our corporate office collections head offered me a job in the collections department in Illinois. I was given responsibility for all the project managers collections issues older than 90-days. I persistently and successfully helped the company collect millions of dollars owed to them. Show less

Assisted in project estimating, business development for the state of North Dakota and for their new office in Texas, and welcoming new clients and repeat clients successfully complete their projects.
