  My first real job after college was with Med Express, that at the time was just an idea of offering drug testing based on new DOT regulations that were suppose to go into effect and require drug testing of all drivers in the DOT market place. As the second sales rep, I was able to sell accts from JB Hunt to thousands of other companies and leap forward as the number one sales rep nationwide. My career took off and was quickly followed by traveling coast to coast to sell our services. Med Express moved me to Los Angeles to cover the west coast.   Joel was hired to bring his expert sales and marketing success to then, Home Office Reference Lab. He was instrumental in bringing in the right team to receive SAMSHA Certification, re branding the lab to the new name of LabOne Inc, and building a new laboratory that still today stands as the largest laboratory in the world. As the top sales rep, he was able to bring in many large Fortune 500 accounts and use his many years of experience with Med Express Laboratories in Memphis TN to make LabOne a super success story.   One of the first sales reps in the nation in the drug testing industry. Before the regulations were finalized by DOT, I was working for Med Express in Memphis Tn , and moon lighting at Seven Oaks Direct as a night time in bound sales reps. I learned how to take calls from people donating money to St Jude’s ResearchHospital to Elvis Presley coons. At 22 yrs old, I entered the real world from an amazing Sigma Chi Brotherhood experience at the University of Arkansas that prepared me for everything I needed in my next journey allen real world. I sold stocks and bonds for a firm in Memphis called Southern Securities, Monday of 1987 took place my first week on the job. This sent me to a guy named Phil Pilcher with PH Electronics. He sold phone systems, and them we added fax machines, nobody had one yet, I sold them all day to hospitals , Lawyers and more. I always averaged 4 or give interview s a week on top of having two jobs . I was great both, my gift from God and years of hope, prayer to someday to have success, lots of it, a family, and lots of adventure. It’s all become true as God told me in many dreams . I created Employee Screening Management. Our services have included collection sites and onsite drug test in over 42 states. Plus a very user friendly online Background Screening services that are very fast and accurate. Our long term relationship with many SAMSHA Labs, Medical Review Officers (MRO), Rapid kit , Hair Test, Oral Fluid, Spice , K2 , Steriods , and much more has been very instrumental in our School Drug Testing division that focuses on testing students , as well as the D.O.T bus drivers.
