  -Lead project teams locally to achieve milestones and program objectives as part of Industry 4.0 transformation initiative through collaborations with both local and global teams with in-depth engineering expertise on various manufacturing information system.-Act as a focal point of contact to deploy the use of Manufacturing Integrated Platform (eFlex systems) as part of the Advanced Manufacturing strategy roadmap that add traceability and quality measures into one simple platform that improve production productivity by 10% with a cost savings of $200K.-Lead in the successful adoption of cameras and digital torque guns in the production as part of the development of the Smart Factory tools that goes hand in hand with automated data inputs and real-time visibility.-Support large capital project initiatives with automated machine such as cord cutting machine that helps to cut & strip cable to required length that minimize human intervention and 3D printer to manufacture customized tooling and End of Life machine parts.-Pioneer batch for the expansion of power distribution systems manufacturing (for data centers, commercial and industrial) in Asia.
