  While assisting the production launch of 2010 Toyota Highlander, I created engineering and progress reports to communicate status to management, coordinated projects by evaluating vendor estimates for production equipment, and aided analysis of VO2 emissions and modification of a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer.

  As a co-op in Embryonic Rigid Polymers, I aided development of a polyurethane DOE windmill blade project. I worked on resin capabilities and formulas in R&D labs and made small-scale RIM(Resin Infused Moldings) of windmill blades with developed resins.

  As a co-op in Polyurethane Slabstock Foam, I created a Visual Basic program to relay and evaluate data for a boxfoam machine to be used by chemists and engineers to further compare properties and develop new foams. I also assisted batch and continuous processes of small-scale test polyurethane foams.

  Lead food safety, product quality and regulatory compliance for 3 pizza production lines. Lead 2nd and 3rd shift teams of 60 employees manufacturing 1.5MM pizzas per day while driving a number of productivity initiatives, increased operator expertise and process ownership. Coached operator led teams on multiple packaging lines to drive significant reliability gains and increased MTBF through the AM process. Lead operational management of $1.3MM capital expansion project in the pizza packaging business providing $1.6MM in savings. Utilizing Vertical Start Up process to deliver a new product to market.
