  Developed Port Salerno Talks, an early learning initiative based on latest research on language acquisition for the purpose of eliminating the achievement gap using LENA devices to track data and the curriculum Ready for Kindergarten. I created and managed budget for program line items, identified, pursued, and secured funding opportunities. I also arranged and met with early learning stakeholders in the community to form partnerships to launch the Program. I planned and delivered standards-based instruction for a kindergarten classroom by analyzing student data to plan and implement differentiated strategies. While there I maintained effective communication with parents and school site personnel and collaborated to create a calendar activity to be used to develop my student’s place value knowledge. I served as the School District Adversary Committee representative.
