      Cross Culture Data Literacy Project

      Participated in the Cross-culture research project organized and led by Amsterdam University of applied science, partners of Toronto Metropolitan university. The project was focused on gathering research and creating visualization to represent our work. The topics were mainly focused on health related topics (i.e. child birth). This was an international project where we got to work with students in other areas in world such as: Amsterdam and Mexico

      UXL Design-a-thon was a weekend filled with workshops about UX design to help students expand on their knowledge. During the weekend, my group (Figma Gals) participated in the Design-a-thon and created a prototype of an app we called 'saved' using the software Figma.

I was allocated a branch and during my time there I would help file documents for other employees, scan documents, complete other smaller tasks that helped employees and help break down communication barriers when needed.
