      As a CRM Developer, I provided Nordic system development (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and guided users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce. I worked closely with our Sales, Service and Marketing departments in Norway, Finland and Sweden to optimize and maximize St1's usage of our CRM system. As a CRM Specialist I provided Nordic day-to-day maintenance and support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assisted users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce. I managed our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions for St1 in Norway, Finland and Sweden to optimize and maximize the usage of our CRM system. As a Team Lead Customer Service at St1 I was supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. The customer serice center is located in Sundbyberg, Stockholm and we service St1 and Shell customers in our nordic countries Sweden, Norway and Finland. As a Customer Service Agent at St1 I served our swedish St1 and Shell customers trough incoming phone calls, e-mail, chat and social media. In total there was 5 swedish cards that I mainly gave support for, and needed to know, but I also gave support to customers that used other cards than our own ones. I also did outbound calls to welcome new customers.

I both teach Salesforce's official Trailhead Academy Admin courses (ADX201 & ADX211), and custom courses that we tailor for our customers.When I don't teach, I am the one responsible for the development and administration of Fluido's own Salesforce org, where we use Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, Tableau CRM and several custom-built solutions to support the 350+ highly skilled Salesforce consultants, developers and professionals in their day-to-day work.
