  I joined the Company in 1991, manufacturing bespoke timber-built fruit and merchandising systems for fruit shops.

  In 1995, I joined the Contracts office team, working primarily on the Safeways account, undertaking site surveys and, effectively, learning about the wider business.

  Project Manager

  Having progressed to a full Project Manager in 1998, I was responsible for the implementation of projects for key accounts such as ASDA and Safeway. In 2000, I moved more into account management and sales, and overseeing installations on-site.

  Senior Project Manager

  As Senior Project Manager, I became more involved in our foodservice projects. These covered a wide variety of foodservice environments including university kitchens, banks, corporate hospitality and many more. Working within design and build, I was responsible for designing, specifying and manufacturing our foodservice offer.

  In addition to heading up Flexeserve Projects, for the roll-out of new retail foodservice concepts, I’m also responsible for two key areas within the overall Flexeserve business: • Managing the process from the point of order for Flexeserve heated display products through to delivery, and developing the ongoing relationship with the customer.• Having set up the Customer Support operation – together with our Customer Support Advisor – I head up this team of dedicated advisors and qualified engineers.As a team, we provide the expertise, knowledge and advice you need to leverage the opportunities of hot-holding with our range of Flexeserve hot-holding units and to maximise your sales of food-to-go.
