  - Administer and coordinate San Francisco’s Rapid Rehousing Program (RRH) – a homelessness response program offering time-limited, deep rental subsidies to 1,000 adults, families, and transitional-aged youth for use in private market units across the Bay Area.- Contract management: Manage 14 contracts with nonprofit organizations providing RRH services; track spending; ensure compliance. - Training and supervision: Train provider staff on program standards; provide regular oversight of program activities. In 2023, launched mandatory training curriculum for frontline staff on client service standards. - Systems improvements: Track program data and outcomes; design programmatic improvements.- Collaboration: ensure provider voices and the voices of those with lived experience inform program infrastructure.
