  Conducted a project utilizing DMAIC Methodology to find the root cause of Synergy Automation Substrate’s 2D Matrix which at the time had a high reject of readability. Tested 4 lots with a total of 60 substrates analyzing laser penetration depth, readability, and 2D Matrix conditions. Found 56 substrates that had a supplier scratch, 28 with residues of chemical solutions, and 12 with other conditions. Performed analysis with statistical tools to find any relation between readability and laser penetration depth such as Fit Binary Logistic Regression, Capability Analysis, and Individual Moving Range (I-MR) chart for visual aspect of process variation.   Developed a comprehensive model outlining the general structure of telehealth in Puerto Rico, focusing on the interconnected entities of doctors, patients, health insurance, and governmental agencies.Utilized block definition diagrams from the SysML language to construct the structure model, employing association, and dependency relationships for organization and clarity.Identified disparities in telehealth information availability between the United States and Puerto Rico, particularly concerning public and private health insurance data, emphasizing the need for regular updates to comply with state regulations.Planned future research to address gaps in coverage, intending to incorporate both public and private health insurance information and validate the model through interviews with healthcare professionals.
