Responsible for checking all completed shop releases, special customer projects, and R&D prototypes for the company. New duties include scheduling all work for the department for project engineers, mechanical designers, and engineering assistants. Assigned to run a weekly error meeting discussing internal and external errors with each department manager in the company. Currently manage projects of training documentation, root cause error reduction, on time shop release analysis. Responsible for the design package of a complete Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor system tailored to each customers request. Components generally include columns, carriage, gates, enclosures, and the power unit required to operate each specific model. Also responsible for checking completed packets from other Project Engineers in the company and managing internal error database.
