      Topic planning and optimization radio, we make a new site and we following it with a drive test for see its performance. The aim of our training is to study and design of a new radio site in GSM 2G and 3G. Measures the quality of networks (Coverage, Signal, Handover) SSV Test (Single Site Verification) Voice & Video Call, HSDPA, HSUPA. Drive Test Using Tems investigation to test Route Detecting the problems of Radio Network and prepared the reports for optimization. Optimization KPIs, interference, different actions to make good performance for the network (tilt correction, azimuth, and power). Key performance Indicator (KPI) for both Nokia and Huawei by checking parameters i.e. RRC, RAB,CSSR,SHOSR,HHO,CDR,ITAT,VC Traffic for both PS and CS from iManager PRS For Huawei and OMS for Nokia. Preparing KPI reports for HUAWEI sites every one hours. Knowledge of MAPINFO for create relation of sites and Google Earth for Global Position Systems for checking sites location. Manage the change request (CR) for sites by checking the Call off design, RET calibration, Relation (Handover) and Alarm Prepare sites renting and CR reports, special area launching and upgraded sites reports. GSM architecture, the interfaces, Hardware, Handover, logical channels. Network routers, software packet tracer (CISCO, IP) Electromagnetic wave, antenna types see its performance across the KPIs mentioned by the customer, check site status for the drive tester. RET Calibration for both Nokia and Huawei.
