  I develop innovative processes and products, empowering the wider team to enable real-time decision making. I establish and implement the new facility in Rochester with world-class food safety and quality systems, developing an understanding of business revenue and risks.➝ Role FocusI implement continuous process improvements to realize 6% of raw material savings year on year. I maintain ERP track and traces with food safety auditing for real-time analytics. I promote facility tours and knowledge transfer through Cornell, Rochester Chambers, Rochester area Sanitarians, RIT, and Brockport SUNNY. I train and document the Process Assurance (PA’s) team from intake to dispatch, assuring the seamless flow of quality and Preventative controls. I develop Protocol and associated validation systems for Food Safety and barrier control to minimise contamination risk. I collaborate with Wegmans Food Safety Director on new leading standards agricultural standards.➝ Key Outcomes ☛ I executed the Love Beets manufacturing governance program from the 1st employee to SMEs, formulating world-class operation and GMPs in Rochester. ☛ I launched four new product ranges, first to market packaging and 30 continuous improvement plans.
