      Team Leader

      Brothers For Excellence (BMI) at Hunter College is a student-centered program, open to all but focused on helping Black and Latino males become successful graduates by offering academic support, etc. My main responsibility as a team leader was to act as liaisons between students and the BMI coordinator by hosting meetings every week for members while supporting them academically. Weekly meetings focused on academic and professional components.
