Led research and scientific evaluation teams considering all aspects of geology, geophysics, geochemistry, climate change, geomorphology, saturated and unsaturated zone hydrogeology, volcanic and seismic hazard analyses, as well as health physics, radiochemistry, mechanical, structural, and corrosion engineering.

      Lead research staff to develop new capabilities in, improve existing methods for, and strengthen the foundations and defensibility of science applied to forensic, counterterrorism, and intelligence challenges. Our research spans forensic aspects of anthropology, molecular biology, analytical chemistry, genetics, geology, microbiology, statistics, toxicology, and physical sciences involving pattern evidence (fingerprints, firearms/toolmarks, handwriting, shoeprints, etc.). Member, Institutional Review Board for the protection of human subjects in research.
