  Risk Management at EBA CLEARING aims to boost confidence at the level of its users and should act as an enabler. Reporting to the CEO and in close co-operation with the Board Risk Committee (BRC), I am accountable for enabling the efficient and effective governance of significant risks and mitigation processes within the business units of the Company. The risks can be commonly categorized as strategic, reputational, operational, cyber security or compliance-related. Within EBA CLEARING I am also responsible for coordinating the organization's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) approach within the second line of defense (together with the Legal and Regulatory Oversight units).The main priority is risk avoidance through embedding the appropriate risk culture whilst ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations for FMI's / SIPS and dealing with topics regarding insurance, internal auditing, business continuity and information security.
