The objective was to provide a personalized lighting solution to the client using modern materials, allowing to provide high levels of comfort associated with significant energy savings. We worked with LED technology to fulfilled those requirements.

  I worked in the Supply and Blending area at YPF SA. My job consisted in: • Optimization of productive, technical and administrative management. Definition of metrics to configure the essential KPIs of the area. • Monitoring and management of the essential KPIs of the area with data analysis and data visualization tools. • Communication and training to supervisors and field workers on optimizations in the management of the sector.Outstanding Achievements: • Creation of an integral dashboard for remote monitoring of the new gasoline production plant.• Modernization of the management of administrative tasks. • Training of 40+ field employees to promote and adopt optimizations in the management tools. Supply and Blending is a broad sector, with multiple functions and responsibilities. It has a very great diversity in its workforce, which makes it very interesting when it comes to interacting personally and professionally with all of its members. In my opinion, the work experience was very enriching since it presented daily challenges of a technical, professional and personal nature. Show less
