   Played a key role in establishing Ezz International, sister company of NTC with capital of 75 Million Saudi Riyals.-Whilst working at NTC I was entrusted to conduct a detailed marketing research to offer constructive insights regarding the market size, its conditions, and the major players in KSA for light, medium and heavy trucks in addition to heavy equipment.-Employed research expertise to conduct detailed economic feasibility study for establishing new business venture along with full infrastructure of facilities including offices, showrooms/ workshops and human resources in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Najran. -This study was audited & seconded by an independent consultant and subsequently Ezz International was instituted. Investigated the Chinese market for 1st tier companies to act as their exclusive distributor for buses and medium and heavy trucks. Successfully negotiated and signed agreements with FOTON, ranked no 5, for buses and DONGFENG, ranked no 1, for trucks. Instrumental in establishing the infrastructure for the business in West, Central and Eastern Provinces.
