Obtains payment check.-Reviews records of the county tax office to locate transfer of real property in the project area.-Obtains specialist reports from individuals and companies in the private sector for specialty items or cost involved in curing situations resulting from the acquisition.-Inspects, photographs, and describes each property noting any features which affect value.-Completed Cost Estimates, by looking up comparable sales and value of land per square foot in order to create an estimation of how much a project will cost. Also, taking into account Right of Way, Temporary Easement, Permanent Easements and needed Relocations.-Noting all Property Management that will be affected due to roadway improvement.-Coordinating and attending Scope of Work meetings with appraisers to decide what levels of Reports and Specialty Reports will be needed to correctly value the property being affected.
