  After almost 17 years with Equity Management, I formed a new company with long-time Equity CFO, Louis Sigalas. Together, we were able to acquire the assets formerly owned and managed by Equity Management. Today, as Residential One, we operate in 3 states, manage approximately more than 9,000 units, and have more than 400 employees. Residential One is a full service firm that specializes in the management of multifamily real estate, both affordable and market-rate, in the MD/DC/VA region.
