Likewise, we are committed to assisting job seekers in finding their dream roles and advancing their careers.I am responsible for :♦ Managing full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including, but not limited to, job specification and development, pre-screening and qualifying top candidates, interviewing and negotiating offers♦ Collaborating with client hiring managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensuring quality of selection and timeliness of hire♦ Marketing qualified candidates to new and existing clients♦ Advising client hiring managers by applying knowledge of their organization and expertise of labor markets to staffing decisions♦ Increasing branch profitability through increasing existing business, bringing in new applicants, and managing gross margin dollars♦ Collaborating with client and human resources to provide employee coaching to our employees and best employment practice to our clients♦ Assisting on specialized projects or programs, upcoming proposal efforts, as appropriate♦ Maintaining a high level of customer service by partnering with all levels of management in order to make successful hiring decisions♦ Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the recruitment process including coordination of temporary employee assignments, as needed♦ Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives♦ Scheduling and conducting kick off meetings with hiring managers to discuss positions, candidate pools, target companies and search strategies Show less
