I also perform many operational tasks, such as reporting, keeping track of metrics, connecting with potential students via social media, and answering info inbox queries. I work on the operations team for individual student enrollment, supporting and corresponding with potential students and helping them to find their best fit from over 100 professional development certificate programs!
