In this role, I manage all processes associated with maintaining the register of Chartered Professional Engineers in New Zealand. This includes team management, management of the competency assessment process and maintenance/promotion of chartership standards. My key accountabilities include relationship management, strategic development, competence assessment, team leadership and management as well as operational and project management.
