Set in the worlds of Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 these miniatures are prized by collectors, modellers and gamers alike. We do pretty much everything ourselves because we are obsessed with the quality of our products and services. Our global HQ is in Nottingham, UK and is home to over 600 employees. This is where we design our miniatures, games, books, paints, brushes and all the other products that people need to enjoy these gem-like creations. We also design and make the injection moulding tools that allow us to manufacture our miniatures to the highest standards. Every Citadel miniature sold worldwide is designed, engineered, manufactured and packed at our HQ, then despatched to one of our global warehouses or straight to the customer. We have 420+ retail stores in 20 countries, as well as trade sales teams selling to over 4000 independent retailers worldwide. The UK retail operations, European trade sales and export sales to territories where we don’t have operations are all run from our HQ, as well as our global webstore and customer service team which supports these sales businesses.I consider myself very lucky to get to work with our Norwegian and Swedish customers, not just to supply our fantastic products to as many regions as possible across both countries, but to advice and manage our businesses to make sure we maintain a mutually beneficial relationship. As I am passionate about the Hobby myself, it means a lot to me that it is available even in remote rural areas, at the same time as I make sure the shops stock only what brings in profit for them, so we can continue to offer something that is both a niche-product, but also attracts a varied customer base.
