  Accountable for the major and most complex in-life projects/programs for Zürich Insurance Group in Europe. Managing the entire lifecycle of the delivery including quotation, negotiation with customer and third party suppliers, initiation, planning execution and control. Currently handling 2 HQ build projects and several complex DC projects I had overall ownership of issues within project and overall accountability for delivery. Also worked as a customer point of contact during the implementation phase. I also did daily jeopardy monitoring and management, initiated and managed escalations. In addition, I negotiated and defined detailed steps for delivery (introductions, migrations, outages) and monitored all stages in order to ensure customer satisfaction and the profitability of the orders.
