Created a Gantt chart to track the project processes and timelines inlcuding work breakdown structures.Managed the database of target trusts and key decision makers responsible for authorising funding for projects.   Submitted a bid to The Cornwall Seaside Town Funding Programme to create training and employment opportunities, enhance tourism and help The North Cornish economy. This is also a chance to bring the local community of Bude together and encourage community interaction - A very exciting opportunity to be part of!Generated incomes up to £25,000 for their project in order to keep the Sea Pool open and build on their portfolio for the rest of its future.

  Projects from September 2011 to date are:Higher Wharf Action Group:To build a new Water Facillities centre within the North Cornwall Community. Project costs: £1.5 million.Liaised with management & Trustees of group on creating their business plan.Have implemented a marketing plan/strategy to lift the charity off the ground and liaise with members of the community. Organised a welcome event with food and advertising materials and local groups to come to our local community centre to create community cohesion, support, communication strategy for the charity. Helped them to design a logo in order to represent what their charity means and is so people can recognise them in the future.Rural Transport ProjectFriends of Bude Sea PoolWrote a bid to Cornwall Seaside Towns Funding and received £25,000 for the Bude Sea Pool charity.Camelford Leisure CentrePolbathic Village HallHelped to find funding for young adults Football ClubConsulted Higher Wharf Action Group in North Cornwall to build a Watersports Facilities Centre to improve sport education and recreational activities for all.
