  A global manufacturer of Polartec® & Polarfleece® performance fabrics sold to the outdoor apparel markets - $240 million annual sales Successfully solidified key account relationships by providing clear performance requirements to resolve quality issues and build trust and collaboration. Managed a small staff in the Market Quality Department and traveled frequently to customer sites. Responsible for internal procedures such as: SOP's, Hand Standards, Visuals, Material Reviews, Shop Floor Training, Auditing, RCN's, Data Analysis to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing processes. Introduced new generation spectrophotometers & CMC color space software to measure color on textile cloth during various dye and finish processes. Resulted in 25% reduction of color related market returns in first year. Managed staff on a flexible schedule to accommodate production demand.

  As a member of the docent team, I provided tours of the facility and I am still affiliated with the Auction Events Group.WGBH is one of the nation's leading public television and radio media producers. The corporate center and studios was one of a handful of Boston buildings to receive LEED Certification in 2007.
