  Baking and serving fresh snacks, fries and burgers at five different Febo locations. In some of the restaurants most of the customers are tourists who are not well-known with the Febo concept. I always try to explain the Febo concept (food in the 'Automatiek', the wall), tell the differences between the large variaty in snacks or just have a chat about Amsterdam and their holiday.

  I take place in the cockpit during towing, to start the APU and hydraulic system so I can apply the brakes in case of emergency.Aircraft types: B737, B747, B767, B777, A330 and A340 for KLM, Transavia, Corendon, Delta Air Lines, China Southern Airlines and China Airlines. I am responsible for the temperature on board of the aircraft (Boeing 747, Boeing 767, Boeing 777, Boeing 787, Airbus A330, Airbus A340) of KLM, Delta Airlines, China Southern Airlines, China Airlines and Kenya Airways while standing on the ground. This is managed by an external, pre-conditioned air unit (PCA-unit) or by starting the APU and air conditioning packs of the aircraft.
