Designing and rolling out a nationwide logistics process for three Suez facilities encompassing the management, training, monitoring and performance reporting against KPI’s for the transport team. Accountable for the logistics of the organizations delivery vehicles and had increased process responsibility for laboratory samples. Implementing business improvement processes to automate and streamline outputs. Manage a team in the reception and preparation of soil, water and fuel samples for Lab testing. Manage a fleet of vehicles collecting and delivering samples and consumables covering an area from Scotland to North Wales
