      • Initiated and completed numerous solo projects at a young, burgeoning biomedical engineering company. Displayed independence and logic by designing, purchasing and installing a dust removal system. • Employed engineering principles, creative design and language skills to develop production tools, processes and engineering documents. I designed a new jig for production by refining one already in use, and created a process to rework a set of pistons for use as Class 2 Medical Devices. I refined many production processes, in order to create their Work Orders and Work Instructions.• Working daily in the company’s Production department, under short deadlines, displays efficiency and time management, and enhanced my shop capabilities.
