As the main point of contact for the property companies I worked closely with banks, surveyors, auditors and other stakeholders, communicating all the information clearly and concisely to the owner of the business.

The strategic work included a number of structure and property transactions, concluding in the ultimate sale of the Company in April 2014, and included sole responsibility for the financial due diligence pack during the three months prior to the sale.
