      - Creating molds and check the clearance.- Improving the welding quality of mouth that is joint to fuel tank- For the main project of Mr. Ali Balci I worked with, I followed the bills, manufactured parts at CNC, assembled , make welding, purchased necessary screws, tested the MACH 3 software to control 3 servo motor and DC motor of drill head with motor drives, painted the machine to blue after coating. Tested a linear motion system we were using two rails parallel to each other for each Degree of Freedom and it was challenging to make them perfectly parallel so we can even move everything that is carried at top by rotating threaded rod by hand.       • Site works: civil works, pump installation and commissioning, tank and agitator installation, lifting plans, hydro cyclone installation, CIP design, piping works (including FRP and food grade piping), structural steel and secondary steel structure, chemical unloading station design and implementation (acetic & adipic anhydride (ex-proof)).• Contractor management: arrange multiple contractors working at same area to work in harmony by following health and safety rules (EHS). • Quality management of manufactured tanks and chemical lines• Ensured, Cargill's engineering, reliability, food safety, EHS standards and requirements are followed.• P&ID drawing via autocad mechanical 2020• Followed Cargill’s Build Project Template and Project Management Phases.• Commissioned Waxy Starch Project, including chemical unloading station and storage tanks (acetic anhydride).• Eliminated bottlenecks for Waxy Starch Project such as installation of new cooling water pump, reverse osmosis unit and sewage treatment plant.• Enrolled process risk assessments and reviews (PRA) for biogas, adipic anhydride.• Identified and solved non-conformities and MOC actions at Plant regarding Cargill • Standards, such as installing block valves for already running HCl tank, epoxy flooring, drainage system, etc.• Followed planned plant shutdowns for implementing works that requires shutdown and completed them without causing any delays at start-up.• Provided alternative for complicated parts of Projects and proceed with an alternative with both Quality, Production, Health & Safety and Maintenance Department mutually agreed to. • Decommissioned the old sulfuric acid storage tank which is failed to meet inspection criteria’s, then installed an IBC station to meet the sulfuric acid need of facility.• A Member of HACCP team.
