      Process Handling from Onboarding to Exit of the employees which include below details:Offer Stage• Position code creation and modification in HRMS basis inputs from BHRs.• Review elements in requisition and highlight required changes if any.• Review candidate details as per inputs from BHRs or recruiter and initiate the corrections if required.• Conduct quality check on inputs received for offer creation and provide feedback to respective recruiters • Create Check and extend the offer of the candidate• Connect with candidate to get online acceptance on offerPost offer acceptance • Initiate online onboarding from recruitment system post offer acceptance• Share details and ensure candidates complete medical checkup as per the location policy • Facilitate candidate to complete online onboarding task within stipulated time period• Validate documents submitted by new joiner and ensure 100% availability of mandatory documents before joiningBackground Verification• Verify documents submitted by candidates and initiate Background verification(BGV) through recruitment process• Address queries raised by BGV vendor in a time bound manner• Review the Final BGV and initiate appropriate action as per the BGV policy• Personal data update like name change, address change, work experience, dependent data, emergency contact etc.• HRMS(Job data) update Hiring row, promotion, re-designation, up-gradation, pay-rate change, Resignation/Separation, Probation date update, confirmation, probation extension, CTC change, Manager/Reports to change, Transfer, location change, department change.• Bank data update of the employee on HRMS as per the data and proof of document received by BHRs.• Leave data update of the employees on HRMS.
